Pasta & Pesto Class

1-hour class, at your property for rental, dedicated to the preparation of pasta (your choice among tagliatelle, tagliolini, gnocchi) and pesto, the famous Ligurian sauce.

Optional extra class to be requested at reservation: classic or fruit tiramisù or traditional fritters.

Price: 55.00 euros per adult, 25.00 euros per child 5-12

Full Cooking Class

3-hour class at your property for rental. The course will be dedicated to the preparation of 2 types of pasta (your choice among tagliatelle, tagliolini, gnocchi, ravioli, lasagne,…) and a sauce (your choice among pesto, tomato sauce, vegetables, fish…). Preparation of one typical Italian dessert (classic or fruit tiramisù or traditional fritters,…).

Price: 95.00 euros per adult, 45.00 euros per child 5-12

Show Cooking with Paola

Paola will prepare for you a complete meal (lunch or dinner) and bring it to your home for rental. One dish will be prepared on the spot and you will be invited to show the making of the recipe and take  active part into it.

Paola’s Home Restaurant

Your chef will open up her home on the hills over La Spezia and she will prepare for you a complete meal from starters to dessert.

Starters: vegetables pies or cod fish fritters

First Course: your choice among home made pasta with sauce or ravioli with ricotta & vegetables seasoned with butter & sage

Main Course: Cima alla Ligure (stuffed meat pouch) with season side dish

Dessert: home made fruit tart

Beverages included. Transfer not included (optional on request)
